朱丹,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。

教学情况:

主讲《植物学》,《植物生物技术》,《蛋白质组学概论》。

科研方向:

大豆遗传与分子育种,大豆耐盐碱生理分子机制研究,大豆品质形成与调控相关机理研究,功能蛋白质翻译后修饰对大豆等作物耐逆境功能的影响。主持和参与国家级、省部级等项目19项,发表SCI等研究论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利5项。

        国家自然科学基金:野大豆天然无序蛋白TIFY10提高植物耐碳酸盐的蛋白调控机制;
        国家重点研发计划:大豆高产高油协同提升机理研究与品种示范;
        山东省自然科学基金:GsHSP与GsTIFY10互作提高盐碱胁迫下大豆异黄酮含量的机理研究;
        山东省自然科学基金:利用CRISPR/Cas9靶向敲除GmKFLs基因调控大豆种子大小的研究;
